The system topic's On Talk to Agent trigger is not responding.
Has anything changed in PVA?It is the same whether you repost or recreate it.Tenant is in ASIA.
HelloThe Track between topics item is checked, but there was no response.The agent wasn't even called.I checked now and the agent call is working again.It seems like something has been fixed.
Hey @primecrice . If you toggle on the "Track between topics" option from the Test Bot, what happens after you try to reach the Talk to an Agent topic?
