Hi all,

I have a flow that is manually triggered. In short: The user uploads files to SharePoint, the automation performs some data manipulation on one of the sheets.

In the end of the automation: How can I email the processed sheet to the user who started the automation [indicated also in the info of get files action]?

You can use the user email from Manually trigger outputs to send the person who triggered the flow ?

We are only dealing with one file which happens to be an excel file but others could be used.

The file you have finished manipulating is stored in the same or different SharePoint Library that it arrived in from the user. The issue I see is getting the users details that uploaded the file as it will have since been manipulate by you or the flow.

You could have a folder named USER A. If a file is uploaded by you to this folder then anything that does get added to it then gets emailed to that user. You would have to add their email address in the flow to do this. However if you have users B to Z then this will become more problematic.

Can you advise further.

The only thing is that I want to send the email in the end-that is the second flow that gets triggered after the first. How can I pass that value to the second flow?

I realise that but it remains in the same folder when you manipulate it, it does not move to a different location to be manipulated before being moved back to the origianl folder that the user uploaded it to. If it remains in the same location there then flow has a tendency of sending muliple emails out whislt it being manipulted. So the manipulated file needs to move, complete the task and then move back. It is a process.
