i have one app powerapps.
On powerapps, I don't know where to start to get to this : tracability.
I have a dropdown list (sharepoint list) that changes depending on the status of the file.
I would like to come up with a similar result of tracking change step by step.
with you an idea of how to structure this.
register the modification and display this on powerapps.

I believe to implement this tracing , you need to have a history list , where you can log each change for items with a specific date
Once you have this list .. You can retrieve this list and query by Item ID .. then display the history for selected item for example.
I hope this is a good start for you to implement this feature
