Send email with option format

Hi there, 

Currently getting an additional/duplicate when using "Send email with option", see the contenct in the yellow border:

Am i doing something wrong? 
Another question I have is to move text to the next line? I would like to show  a liste of questions answered that needs approvval. 

My flow looks like:

    Use this options

    iltoningui_1-1638073551054.png

     

    This will hide the html (lower part of the message)
