I have one list with Column "Title" and there is writing name of my candidates in some of them there are attachments.
So I will take one name "Anto Andrijanic" that exist on my list and it is written under "title".
When I get some document from him on my mail I want to forward to one email address from Office 365 with Subject Anto Andrijanic. And that one to upload to his profile on the list.
Is that possible with the flow?

Do you want to forward the received email to someone with Subject “Anto Andrijanic”?
I have made a sharepoint list “candidates” as below:
The list has an item with title “Anto Andrijanic”.
You could create a flow as workaround below:
When a new email arrives by the specified e-mail address and with attachment, the flow would run as below:
The email would be forward to the email address xxxx@xxxxxxxx.com as below:
The attachment would be added to the sharepoint list which’s title is equal to “Anto Andrijanic” as below:
