I am also facing same issue from last week Thrusday..Only thing is we applied windows updates.
Please let me know if you find any resolution..
@v-qiaqi-msft issue was partially resolved, for a day or two icons displayed correctly, now they are the same.
@Shuvam-rpa tried in chrome, edge and faced the same issue.
You are right, Issue ism partially resolved. Still I am not seeing Flows (instant, scheduled) icons. Automated is fixed.

I have yesterday verified language and regional settings and still issue was there.
Same for me, I changed language and region and problem still persists.
