filtrar pela data porém tem linhas vazias

Estou tentando trazer dados de uma tabela para outra porém ao tentar buscar pela tabela "data de desligamento" ocorre um erro pois tem valorres em branco, porém preciso que sea por essa tabela pois quando um colaborador for desligado ele precisa ser excluido da tabela, segue foto do erro.
