Hello

I have a requirement that when a new email arrives, I have to extract some things from it such as "From", "Email Date and Time" and Subject line".

Also, I have to add a Subject filter.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you.

    Hi @jay_mangukia ,

    The logic seems easy. Please refer to the flow I create:

    I don't this time and date format. Can we change it to classic DD-MM-YYYY hh:mm AM/PM format?

    Hi @jay_mangukia ,

    They are in UTC format, you can change the display format in Excel column settings.

    Hi @jay_mangukia ,

    OK, then in your flow, change the input in the Add a row action use expression and dynamic content:

    formatDateTime(triggerOutputs()?['body/receivedDateTime'],'dd/MM/yyyy hh:mm tt','en-US')

    Best regards,

     The time and Date format changed but it is UTC. How can I convert it to IST?

    Hi @jay_mangukia ,

    Add a convert time zone action, set it as below and use its outcome to populate the excel column:
