Adding a future date to email subject line based on current date display issue

I created a flow to send a scheduled email using 'Get future time' connector.  I'm adding 3 weeks to current date and displaying this date in the Subject line of the email.  I got it to work, but it displays a string of numbers/characters after the date and I can't figure out how to remove them.  Thanks in advance!
