Unsubscribe mails from powerapps@email2.microsoft.com

I am receiving email from Microsoft Power Apps (the tools, not this forum) in my local language, without an unsubscribe link. This is illegal according to the GDPR EU law, see this English documentation by Microsoft: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/powerapps-gdpr-dsr-guide

I have found in https://portal.office.com/account/#security an option to stop receiving emails, but it doesn't work for this particular mail.

Subject lines of the emails:

Bouw snel je apps met bestaande sjablonen
Bouw eenvoudig mobiele en web-apps voor je team

Could someone at Microsoft Business support look into this. An unsubscribe link should be included. The consumer support is helpless in this case.

If it was simply a USA directed mail I would have simply blocked the address. But in this case it seems Microsoft could get a fine, so just trying to be helpful.

I am responding only to give you a view on this and make it clear I am not claiming to be an authority on the matter (nor do I work for Microsoft other than contributing my spare time to forum questions).
"Spam" legislation generally as I understand it refers who caused the mail to be sent. For instance if someone was using a GMail address and not complying, I don't think anyone would imagine Google would be fined. Microsoft have simply provided a tool to send email that is being used.

These are mails sent by Microsoft to advertise their own features.

Mailinglists should have an unsubscribe link. It's that easy.

Microsoft is the sender. It is not some third party using this tool.

I have the same issue and question?
I have NOT asked for these e-mails and they lack an "Unsubscribe" link hence I classify these as SPAM.

So, how can I get rid of these?

Found that if you go to PowerApps Settings there is an Notification section...where the "Your contry/region" is not selected and "Subscribe to newsletter" is not checked however if you select your country/region like in my case where I selected "United States" then the "Subscribe to newsletter" became enabled. I have set it to Off and hope these unwanted e-mails stops.

A shout out to MS and the Product Team, please stop with this behavior or at least create a global option and per user option to have these e-mails disabled where Opt-out is default.
