Get new appointment proposal

Hi,

last week I ran into an issue when building a flow. The situation:

- Generic user schedules an appointment in Outlook with 1 attendee

- when the attendee proposes a new date/time the appointment, the proposal should be accepted automatically and the appointment be modified accordingly

I have tried with the following triggers:

- When an event is added, updated or deleted (V3) Office 365 Outlook

- When an event is modificed (V3) Office 365 Outlook

- When a new email arrives (V3) Office 365 Outlook

The first two return the data of the current event, but not of the proposal. The only thing I was able to get was the weblink, but not the data itself of the proposed date and time.

Any ideas on how to achieve this?

Have a look at the following documentation: Propose new meeting times in Outlook - Microsoft Graph | Microsoft Docs

It seems the only way to manage this problem might be the use of When a new email arrives (V3) Office 365 Outlook trigger, parsing the content of the email.

If not possible, you probably will need to use Graph API to access this data.
