Microsoft flow modified date change

Hello,

 

I am noticing the modified date that displays on the Power Automate flow gets updated when no one has edited and save it.  I have to explain this behavior for an audit.  Can anyone advise about this behavior?

 

Ex: The flow modified data has changed recently.  But no one has edited and saved the power automate workflow.
