Hello All

I have created a microsoft form that upon each new form creatd successfully goes into a sharepoint list for approval. I also have a successful email that goes to the approve to get approval. That being said each time a new item is added to the list it is sending an approval email even after approved or rejected to the whole list of emails on the sharepo9int list. How do I adjust the flow to only have it sene the email to the one new items and not to the whole list again. This will undoubtedly confuse approvers if they have already approved their item and then receive an additional email requesting another approval.
