Sending Individual Status Emails

Hi,

I am working on a flow that will email status results to individual managers if the route step is Employee Signature or Manager Signature. I've checked some of the other post however they are not quite the same or more complex than I need.

These are the results I am trying to produce in an email:

Manager First NameManager Last  NameSubject First NameSubject Last  NameStatusCurrent Route Step Name

Signoff

Manager Signature
MichaelSmithChristopherEvans

Signoff

Stage

Manager Signature
OliviaBrownLilyMooreSignoff StageEmployee Signature

This is the flow that was shared with me however I can't get it to work:

Step 1.pngStep 2.pngStep 3.pngStep 4.png

When I add Send an Email action I get up to 15 emails that are all the same.

The Excel file:

Subject First NameSubject Last NameSubject  Work EmailSubject PositionSubject LocationSubject Hire DateManager First NameManager Last NameCurrent Route Step NameOverall Performance RatingStatus

@Jordanna Can you show a screenshot of your full flow? In the meantime this YT tutorial might be helpful: How to Send a SINGLE EMAIL ✉️ with multiple SharePoint list items | Build THIS Power Automate Flow

Although this tutorial covers how to send a single email with multiple SP items—the concept is the same and can be applied to your flow. I believe the logic in your flow needs to be adjusted slightly.
