Phrases Trigger Not a Choice when Creating a Chatbot Topic

I have created a chatbot that is looking for content in several SharePoint Online sites. Trying to create a topic so when user enters certain words to direct the user to certain information.

when I create a new topic, the phrases trigger is nowhere to be found. Why? How can I accomplish this without the phrases trigger?

Phrases Trigger Not a Choice when Creating a Chatbot Topic

If you have enabled Generative Mode, Phrases trigger will not be available and GPT will trigger the topic based on the prompt instead of trigger phrases
