You do not need two forms.  You only need an Edit form, say Form1.  If you want to show it in View mode first, set the Default Mode to View. You will find this property on the right side of the screen in the middle of the column when the form is selected.   Put a button or pencil icon outside the form and have its OnSelect property: EditForm(Form1).  Have another button or Icon outside the form with the OnSelect property: SubmitForm(Form1) so that the user can change the data in the form and save it.  Put another button outside the form and make its OnSelect property NewForm(Form1). In the OnSuccess property of the form put ViewForm(Self).  That way the form will change back to View mode if the changes were successfully saved.

    Hi @Drrickryp,

The requirement is in such a format that I will not be able to add custom icon.Only submit button should exist and I tried changing the mode in onsucess property but the drop-down values and other values are not reflecting it shows as a simple new form.

It sounds like you are dealing with a custom integration form and I have no experience dealing with those.  For some reason, I don't have that option in my SharePoint account.

    Hi @Pp25 ,

Do you want to display the record just submitted in Form2?

Maybe you could try to select the Form2 and apply the following formula on its Item property as:

    First(Sort(datasource,Modified,Descending))
