ReportHi,
I want to avoid that users insert sensitive data in my internal systems when using the connectors in power apps. I want to have a detailed log about what is being inserted by the users.
For example: suppose that I develop a power apps with SQL Server connector to submit expenses. Instead of the user submitting a user expense description, he submits a customer sensitive data, that will be inserted into their SQL Server system and can inflict GDPR restriction. (SQL Server here is just an example, I use a lot of other systems)
The reports on COE Kit only shows a macro level of detail about the app, like which connectors are being used, the users added, etc.
I want to have a report similar to the Monitor (image below) report on Power Apps (filtered by Data Source, to show only which data is passing on the connectors), but that works live on a production app and measure the users interactions not only for throubleshooting, like the Monitor, but as a specific audit log.
Do we have any native logs that enable this type of auditing or should we run to a custom solution (e.g.: each connector interaction, we call a Power Automate that inserts the data being inputed by the user in a external sql server and we use Azure Purview for classification) ?
Thank you,
Gianlucca
