Invalid argument type for Multiple selection

There is a text column in SharePoint that allows multiple selections. My goal is to use User() in this column. If the email function passes, make its visibility true and make it mandatory. But I couldn't.
Here is my formula: Filter(a, User().Email in abc)
It gave invalid argument type because of multiple selections.

    hey @Anonymous

    please try this:

    If(User().Email in Split(ThisItem.MultipleSelectionsColumn, ";"), DisplayMode.Edit, DisplayMode.Disabled)

    Please be aware that you need to rename the formula inputs to your needs
