I have created a Power Automate flow that updates a hyperlink field in a SharePoint List, which is working correctly. On the SharePoint site when I view the list in "List " or "Compact List" the hyperlink works, however if I switch to a Gallery view the hyperlink will not work. I have noticed that when you hover over the link I can see "<br/> at the end of the URL and when you click the link the URL has "%0D%0A" at the end.
Now if I go back to the List view and go into edit mode and save (without making any changes), the "<br/>" is removed and the link will work correctly.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this.
