Is it possible to add these yellow highlighted boxes in gallery?

If you can get some sequential numbers into the gallery, you could probably set the Fill of the items to be based on that number in the record. If you had some sort of rule on the value, you could also base the fill on this.

This article set out the first issue.
Assuming the numbers start at 1 and are named IDNo, the first column's Fill would be
If( ThisItem.IDNo=1, Yellow, White )
and so on for the next columns.
