Now() Gives SharePoint Date column 15 hours behind

In PowerApps I have a Date and Time column.

I set the Default value to Now(), time displayed is correct.

I submit the form.

The Created column will show correct date in SharePoint but my new column using Now() will display 15 hours behind Created date.
The SharePoint site have the correct region etc.

I can't hardcode 15 hours + due to not all users are having the issue, I believe it is related to the Region set in Microsoft Teams app where the PowerApp is being used.

How can I resolve this in a good way?

When using the browser there is a 4 minute diff, when using the app in Teams there is a 19 hour mismatch on time.

This seems to make it better but also seems unstable sometimes it shows 4 minutes delay sometimes 1 hour delay

How are you saving the date? Is it patching / using a date and time field in a form? There was a setting I think on the date control to use local timezone or server time. Would recommend looking there and changing that so it uses server time or vise versa.

Field in a form and hit Submit.
Sometimes i get 15 hours delay, sometimes 4 minutes, sometimes 20 hours delay. Feels random.
And on the modern form you dont have Local Time section on the field to select from.
