Lookup value based from input box into other fields in the form

I am trying to populate my form with the first field entry, the PowerApp is connected to two connections

(Sharepoint Lists, one for getting data and other for pushing the data from the form, the first is invisible to the users and other is visible to the users) I've read that using a lookup formula to do this works wonders yet my LookUp formula does not work for some reason:

I want to fill in my field "Inventory number" using LookUp and taking the Serial Number field's entry to LookUp the entered data to get the column with the right Inventory number.

TL;DR - (Serial number used to search the data to find the corresponding column and fill in the form)

Do you want to populate fields in the current Form with data obtained from other data sources?
I have made a test for your reference.

1. Here are my Lists
2. Select the Text Input Control and apply the following formula on its Default property as:
LookUp('D&N Connector,'Serial number'= Value(DataCardValue13.Text),'Inventory number')
Result:
