If I'm using the app on my phone, and I lock my screen on a random screen, I want to have it so when I reopen my phone it navigates to the start screen. Right now, it just stays on whatever screen I was on previously. Is there any way to do this? I've looked into timers, but for the purpose of my app, I need it to stay on a page as long as the phone is unlocked and open. But if the screen locks, then I want it to open to the start screen if it's opened again like seconds to hours later.

The device is doing exactly what it is designed to do if you have not closed the app (no different from navigating away from a tab in a browser with the app open, then selecting it again - it will be open at the point you left it). The additional problems you have is that the app is "frozen", so a timer to close it will not work and would not anyway as there is no trigger where Power Apps knows you have selected something else on the device to either start the timer or close the app. The only real way is to close the app and re-open it (easy enough on most phones).
