I would like to analyze photos taken by the app to find the size of the object and distinguish between different colored pixels through color and contrast. Does anyone know a solution?
This is not a typical use case for Power Apps. You can do object-dectection with Power Apps AI Builder but I don't know of any way to accomplish the rest of your goal. You will likely have to write custom code in some other language to do it.
