Dynamically display data from SP list based on SP site the app is being used on

I'm trying to figure out how to dynamically display data from a SP list based on the SP site that I'm viewing. Here's the scenario:

I have a SP list with 10 properties that we manage and all data relevant to each
I have a SP subsite on our Intranet site for each of the 10 properties
I'm using the Power Apps web part in SP site to display the data from the SP list but I have to hard code the property data to pull in the Power App
I can't figure out how to display the data based on which property site I'm on other than building 10 apps with each pointing to one of my properties

I'm fairly new to Power Apps and I imagine there's a way to put a unique code on each site that the app can reference to know what data to pull but I don't know if that's possible and if so, how to do it.

Any help or direction is really appreciated.

Hey Abdul12! Thanks for replying to my help request. 😊
I was able to build a canvas app connected to a SharePoint list with the fields I wanted to display but I had to put in the formula below in the FormViewer to pull data for the property I was testing.
I have a subsite for DREXEL and there is a row of data in my SharePoint list for DREXEL. I also have many other properties with data in that list and a subsite to match.
How can I create a single app that will pull data based on the SharePoint site that it's being displayed on?
