Hello,

I keep getting an error when try to open an excel file where I used flow to save it from outlook to a document library. I'm able to open the file from Outlook with no errors. The file opens as read only from Outlook and has the file extension xlsx. The file has information stored in a table and this is where I think the error is stemming from.

This is the error I receive when I try to open the file from SharePoint;

Here is my flow;

The flow works however when I open the file from SharePoint it's corrupted. What am I doing wrong? If I drag the file over from my email and drop it into the document library I'm able to open the file from SharePoint, I just can't get it to open when I use flow. I need the process to be automated and not manual. I'm also open to other suggestions. After this process runs I then use another flow to take the information from the table in my excel file and update a SharePoint list.

Hello,
I am also trying to send the attachment received in email (.xlsx) file to Share Point with the flow, I am getting corrupted file.
Can you please help, here is my flow. Must be something with my flow.

It happens some times. Create from attachment it works without the steps of bytes. If you get the error that file is corrupted, start the script again from 0. I done this 2 times that I have for some of my flows and solve the issue

My issue was that the file that was delivered to me came in an email that had a signature on it with a picture. When I ran the flow but didn't have a signature on the email delivered to me, the Excel file was working fine. I would check the file you are saving, for me it was in my one drive and look at the last steps that were taken in the properties to see if it's trying to replace the Excel file with a .jpg or something else is the issue.

Hello,
the proposed solution does not work for me.
I've created below flow. I'm trying to attach multiple files to email. Email is send with all files , but all files are corrupted.
I'll appreciate if you could help me

Please add a Get attachment (V2) action to get the file Content Bytes, then use it to create file:

I just re-ran this flow using an excel file without a table and the flow worked however I can't open the excel file, I'm getting the same corrupted error. Agh!
