Building Power Apps

Hi @Great_Morning,

Looking at the screenshots you have the functionality working already or are these just as a reference? That being said, the core flow structure that you will need is:

An automated flow that starts when a new item is added to the SP list
A Teams action that sends a user a personal message with the sender being the flow bot

Regarding the first step: the exact action needed is called 'When an item is created' (SharePoint connector). You will have to add your SharePoint Site link and list name. Info on the second step can be found here.

Should you be completely new to Power Automate, Microsoft Learn has some great learning paths to familiarize youself with flow building. This YouTube tutorial may also be very interesting for your specific case.

If this solves your question, would you be so kind as to accept it as a solution & give it a thumbs up.

Thanks!
