Solution-aware flow does not appear in SharePoint List's Flow Menue

Hi there,

 

I've just started to work with Power Automate Solutions. I've created a new Solution and added my flows and apps. Everthing works fine but now I recognize that my flow with a SharePoint Trigger "When a item is selected" doesn't appear in the Flows menue at the respective SharePoint list. Therefore the user has no possibility to trigger the flow. What goes wrong?

Any idea how I can fix this?

    Unfortunately that is a listed known issue of that specific trigger action:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/sharepointonline/#known-issues-and-limitations

     

    For Flows that use the 'For a selected item' or the 'For a selected file' trigger, only those that are part of the Default environment in Power Automate are listed within the SharePoint Automate menu.

    Hi all,

     

    I am also facing this issue in 2023,

    I have lots of flows with "For Selected item" trigger in an unmanaged solution in the Default environment and I am sharing it to the SharePoint list it is connected with.

     

    For some users the flow buttons are showing, but also there are some users where the buttons are not showing. They all have the same access in the SharePoint list (Edit access)

     

    The other alternative is to give the users direct access in the Run-only part but that would be a last resort for me.

    Any other advise on what to check?
