Hello,

I want to update a status field when an item is modified but i keep getting false in the expression

Field name: EDC status

I have tried

Status equals Complete
Status value equals Complete
Writing an expression in the status field and set to true but i don't understand the syntax fully and its saying its not valid

Can someone please advise?

Its should be straight forward but it just keeps saying False.
I would like to go down the expression route but i can't get it right.

Before ur condition add a compose data operation and pass the value on your left handside, run your flow and open history.. And u will check how the EDS status is returned.

I have very limited experience with flow and unsure how to do that...thanks for help though.

I tried the below expression with the intention to set to true but its not valid

@equals(outputs('Update_item')?['body/Status/Value'],'Complete')

@egornua1 you should be using Status Value from dynamic content.

@Mira_Ghaly when i run with Status value, i can now see that the condition result is true but i get an error related to the yes update action.
