With the streams classic service going away, what are the options to play internal video content moving forward?

All of our videos have been migrated from Stream (classic) to Stream (sharepoint).

I've tried the following:

The Streams video component works great but is tied to the Streams service that is going away. (Plus, we've migrated all of our content to Stream (sharepoint).
The Video component seems to work with YouTube or content uploaded into the app. Our content is internal so we don't want to put it on YouTube. I've tried using the file link from a sharepoint video file as the source for the video component but it does not work.

Any guidance is appreciated.
