Hi there,
I have created the Service Desk app a couple of times and it creates an Excel workbook on my OneDrive Powerapps folder.
However when I created a new version of the Service Desk app the Excel workbook is not being creating, so the app is not editing or saving data when inputted using forms.
How do I fix this?

When you create the app make sure you pick the connection where you want the Excel files to be stored. I just tried it and as long as I picked OneDrive for business it created the Excel file in OneDrive under /PowerApps/Templates/ServiceDesksomeGUID . Depending on what you have used for connections recently it may be defaulting to the wrong place. Mine was originally trying to put it in DropBox.
