I am using the template "Request approval (everyone must approve) for a selected file" When it gets to "wait for an approval" it runs forever and never completes. Any idea why???

Wait for an approval will run until one or all approvers take action on the approval depending on how the approval is configured. I suspect that the required approvers have not taken action on the approval. Please note that a Flow will run for a maximum of 30 days.
Oh that makes sense. Is there a limit of how many can run at once?

No limit on the number of approvals.
