My Table

After applying concat formula i am getting this result

Actually what i need the format is

Is it possible to add serials number for every row while converting table to text formate.

This should get the two items on separate rows in the one field

Concat( YourGalleryName.AllItems, Defect & Char(10) )

Do you want to add serial number to each separate string within your Text column?

I have responded in a same thread you owned, however, I think it will be much more efficient to deal with the string in a Gallery. Since you have a Multi-line-of-text column to save this defects column values, I think you could display the string with the serial number within a Label from the Gallery directly.

Fill the Gallery with your data source and set the Text property of the Label corresponding to the defects as below:

Concatenate( Concat( ForAll( Sequence( CountRows( Split( ThisItem.defects, "." ) ), 1, 1 ), { TheValue: Value & "." & Last( FirstN( Split( ThisItem.defects, "." ), Value ) ).Result } ), TheValue, "." & Char(10) ), "." )
