Hello Everyone,

I am changing a bit the shoutouts App from Microsoft and I would like to achieve the following.

I would like to allow my Users to send Shoutouts, BUT I want that to allow them to send only one shoutout pro category pro user.

Example: I X send a shoutout to the Y User for an innovative mind! If the User Z tries to send a Shoutout for the User Y again, he should receive a message that " the User Y has already a shoutout for this category, please choose another category for this User"
Any ideas on how to start ?? (My DB is in this case SharePoint)
