Approval shows in Approvals app in Teams but not sent in email

I have created approval process in a flows. Since today the approval notification is triggering to Teams but not triggering to outlook. its also shows in approval app.

    It was working before? If yes, make sure that "Enable notifications" option is set to "Yes"
