Good morning/afternoon

I cannot send email outside of my organization, I can with the same flow on my other tenant ! please help

Sur mes 2 tenants 1 fonctionne parfaitement, l'autre ne me permet pas d'envoyer un email (en V2 ou d'une boite partagée) à un membre externe !!!!!! je n'arrive pas à trouver

It sounds as though an M365 admin has configured the tenant not to allow emails to external email addresses.

You'll need to talk to an M365 admin about your issue.

Here is a link to documentation that shows how to block outgoing emails to external parties.

I know that page, I have NO ONE rule in the menu you point out

Even if I create one to authorized, nothing always same result, power automate is green, but no email received outside and an error message like this:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
xxxxter@paxxxxxrt.fr
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

I m admin, and I have an other tenant (older one, this one is open in Dec) and no issue with the other ....
I really don't understand........
What do you think ?
