Hi all,

I have an approvals flow that triggers every time a file is uploaded to a specific location in SharePoint. It's set to create an approval, this approval is assigned to several Groups. It is set to Custom - wait for all responses. As long as there is no reject in the responses, it will then upload the file to ServiceNow and tell the file submitter that it's been approved and uploaded. The flow runs without an issue to the end. However, in Approvals, the request is stuck on "Pending." even though 11 days have passed since the flow completed as Successful.

I've put some screenshots here of the issue and of the Flow. Would really appreciate some insight here!
