Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hey guys, I'm new to Power Automate, i'm an IT guy and our Power Automate guy left, so I'm now taking his place. My boss wanted me to make a flow where if someone posts in a team's channel and types "HelpDesk!' within the body of the post, it will trigger the flow and make a salesforce case with the details gathered from the post. I got everything working besides the attachments. I am struggling on how to get the attachments from teams to Salesforce, I tried ChatGPT, but it wasn't really giving me any good answers and left me more confused.

Flow below is what I have so far, pretty much the condition checks for the "HelpDesk!" to be mentioned within the post on teams, if it does, it pulls the O365 UPN from the userID in teams and puts it into the contact field for salesforce, HTML to text is converted for the body of the case, then salesforce creates the case and teams sends a card to the post saying a case was made.
