After searching the web, I haven't found a clear answer to the following question:
A client requested guest-privileges to a Power App located in my company's tenant. The Power App runs under an environment within an eastern US region. The data source for the app are lists on SharePoint online.
The client's company is located altogether outside the United States.
Although the client operates their business in a different part of the world, as a guest user within my company's tenant, would they be able to run the Power App with the current environment associated with an eastern US region?
