Create new task based on completion of another task

Can a new task be created based on the completion of another task? For instance there are 5 steps in the process and when step 1 is completed I would like to create step 2 in the process and so on.

For instance once a to do task for
Step 1: prepare an excel file, is completed.
Step 2: request review
Step 3: request addition review
Step 4: complete checklist
Step 5: notify relevant parties of completion.
The above are all To Do items that needs to be completed in such order.

Once Step 1 is marked complete would like to auto create Step 2 and so on until all steps have been competed.
