How to resolve this kind error.
when I run the "npm run build"
In this case, I would say that there was most likely an error in your manifest file.
Presumably, you're building a PCF control that needs to connect with some external third party service?
If not, removing the external-service-usage elements in your manifest file may fix the problem.
