Attachment form on new powerapps versions

Hi all, i am always struggling with the new Attachment field in the new Versions of Powerapps with the Power fx formula bar enabled.

 

I can never get this to work to also download/open an attachment because the "Value" and "Name" options are missing. Does anyone have a solution to this ?

    Please try switching to the classic formula bar.
