Hello

I'm having trouble sending a reminder email on a 'Start and wait for an approval'.

Depending on the condition determines how often a document is approved (1, 2 or 3 years).

It's a Flow that triggers on recurrence, and after it meets one condition, I have 'Start and wait for an approval'.

It's all working nicely except for the reminder email, and it needs to be sent if they don't approve the document t if they don't do it within one week (that goes for all 3 conditions). I have set it up according to all the instructions on the internet but I can't get it to work. Can you please tell me where I'm going wrong? The pics below show for the first condition, If CalcT=T1 and FutureApprovalDate = formatDateTime(utcNow(),'dd-MM-yyyy')

I've modified my Flow to suit yours but it still isn't working (I've set the delays to wait for 2 mins and the second to 4 mins).
