automate flow to move folder to another SPO lib failing with "bad request" {"message":"SharePoint Site Address 'Orders/' is not valid

the workflow log shows a "current site address of "Orders/" the outputs download shows

were I not limited in my options to using dynamic content I'd simply add the correctly formatted url to the line, declair victory and march on. Here is a screen shot showing the dynamic content choices I made to get this far. I have tried every dynamic content value available, also tried inserting a "custom value" with !
