10It would be amazing, if the PG team could implement Dataverse, File and maybe log level quotas. It is true that through the CoE kit and the "Admin View" the ability to apply soft quotas is available with a little bit of fiddlinig around.
Soft quota's is a poor governance concept and does not enforce the environment admin responsibility for their content and solutions. Having a quota policies, similar to DLP policies, you where you could apply policy A to all environments and policy b to certain environments only. Each policy would contain soft and hard quota limits and workflows behind the scene to alert environment admins that they are approaching their soft limit, they have reach their soft limit and then hard limits with customizable messages on what steps need to be taken and point admins to either internal or Microsoft documentation on next steps.
