Do I need to be signed in for a Power Automate flow to post to Teams as me (user)?

Do I need to be signed in (online) for a Power Automate automated cloud flow to post to Teams as me (user)? The trigger does not seem to work when I am offline. The trigger and flow do not show as failed. The flow just does not run when I am offline.

I have the same question (0)

    @JenG

    Cloud Flows should run regardless of whether you are signed on or not.  What trigger are you using?

    Thank you Scott. I am using the SharePoint When a file is created (properties only) trigger. The flow runs sometimes and does not run other times, especially when I am offline. I deleted and added the trigger again in case that was the issue. However, it still only works sometimes. I want the flow to post to Teams when a file is added to a specific folder. The Teams post needs to have dynamic content for specific properties.

    @JenG

    Can you post screen shots of your Flow and of the run history?

    Have you checked the Flow run history to verify that the Flow actually does not run?

    Here is the flow:

    I added a string variable because the program name was a multi-choice dropdown and I did not want the Apply to Each to make the flow create a notification per program. I also updated it to post as the Flow Bot today rather than the user in case that made a difference. It did not (someone posted a file and the flow did not run or show as a success or failure when they did so).

    Here is the Run History:

    Two files were posted around 7 this morning and the flow did not run nor does the Run History show a success or fail. I tested the flow several times after that (starting at the 9:48am times) and it worked as expected.
