Getting link to Teams site

Hi everyone, 
 
I am trying to create a flow that can get the links to Teams sites - from my research it doesn't seem possible and there is no way to get the threadId to try and construct the link when you have the TenantId and the GroupId or am I missing something?

Basically I want to get the link that you get when you click on Get link to team
