Getting an email body while using when an email arrives (v3)

Hello,

So i am building a simple flow, and i want that flow to read an email body. The trigger is when an email arrives (v3), but here is where things get annoying (Keep in mind, i have to use the V3, because its the outlook365 supported version). The step that follows is the content conversion, and then a compose. After the content conversion reads the email, i only get an outlook external email notification. I'll explain.

Here is an example of the  email received:

Here is an example of the flow:

Here is where it gets interesting.. looking at the HTML TO TEXT, it doesn't grab the message "yolo man", but instead the email was received from an external source warning... see below:

In the input, you can clearly see the "yolo man" message, but in the output, it's not there. Does anyone know why the HTML to TEXT is missing the real body? or a work around? or a fix? is this a bug with power automate

    Email trigger:

    The flow:

    You can use dynamic content to get to parts of the email.

    The body preview:

    Body:

    <html>

    <head>\r\n
     <meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; charset=utf-8\">
     <meta content=\"text/html; charset=iso-8859-1\">
     <style type=\"text/css\" style=\"display:none\">
     \r\n< !--\r\np\r\n\t {
     margin-top: 0;
     \r\n\tmargin-bottom: 0
     }

     \r\n-->\r\n
     </style>
    </head>

    <body dir=\"ltr\">
     <div style=\"font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)\">This is the body.
     </div>
     <div style=\"font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)\"><br></div>
     <div style=\"font-family:Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:12pt; color:rgb(0,0,0)\">Ellis</div>
    </body>

    </html>"

    See other dynamic content you could use in your flow:

    Hope this helps.

    @ekarim2020 Thanks for the input. i was already aware of the other dynamic content, but it just seemed weird that the normal body dynamic content won't pick it up. Thanks though.

    That external email notification is odd.

    Looks like you are using the Outlook desktop client. Do you get the same results if you re-run the test, but this time using Outlook 365 https://outlook.office.com and not the Outlook desktop client?

    Yeah, it's quite odd. I am receiving the email via an account signed in on the desktop client, but its sent from an account signed on via the browser.

    That external email warning message looks like a rule your Exchange Admins have implemented to protect against spoofing email addresses?

    it is. it's the first line of the email body. i am totally expecting to see it on the output, the only issue is it's the only output i see. so all other messages on the email body is gone. This sounds like a bug.

    The converter is still in preview. Looks like a bug.

    Do you get the same results if you manually paste the source HTML from the email into the converter (switch to code view):

    Yeah i got the same response when i manually paste the HTML into the converter. The other dynamic content: Body Preview, also doesn't get all the email body - which makes sense cause it's a preview. so i think there is a bug.

    Hi @GandalfTheBlack,

    could you please insert the action  "Export email (V2)" just after the trigger and show here it's output?
