I am saving a file in a report export and need to ensure the active directory is correct in the dialogue.

What Action(s) are the best to use?

I need to ensure the flow always saves the file to 'P:/direct debits'

garthh, if you put the full file path in the file name box, it'll save there, regardless of where you are, so, in your screenshot, if you put "P:\direct debits\Aged Accounts Receivable.rpt" in the file name box, it'll save in P:\direct debits

Just to make it work on any network drive letter, use the \\server\share\.. format instead of the label P:
