What the hell do I do instead of "Ask in power apps"

Hello, I am currently trying to export my power app data to Excel in CSV format, pretty much like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tQCBWMR7T64

Pretty much every video that I've seen has this flow with a "compose" that uses the "Ask in powerapps". However from what I've seen this is no longer possible. So I am essentially stuck at step one without any idea on what to do. I am still new with flow, so the solution isn't obvious to me.

So in short, what do I do, now that I can't chose "Ask in powerapps".

@Zap607 If you are exporting data from PowerApps, you will need to use a PowerApps trigger for your flow. You can find it under the Instant Cloud flow options.

I've already done this, the problem is that "ask in powerapp" is no longer an option as a dynamic value, and every tutorial I've seen uses "ask in powerapp", this seems like a recent change so there is no up to date video explaining what to do instead.

@Zap607 You need to expand the trigger and select Add an input.
Select the type of input from the options listed.
Personally, I like to use Compose actions to output the results.
Add as many inputs as you need to the trigger.
